History
Waun-A-Bowl, Inc was built in 1972. Three business partners Frank Endres, Lee (Bud) Bongard, and Ed Hellenbrand brought their expertise together to open a 12 lane bowling alley in Waunakee. The business was 85% bowling, 15% bar business in the early years.
The partnership changed in 1980 when Endres retired. Popular manager Mark Haag bought into the business and managed it for many years.

In June of 2023, the Waun-A-Bowl switched hands to the current owners.
